Your data stays yours
MARA does not train models on your data. Any content you send to or receive from the API, including prompts, completions, and any other inputs or outputs (collectively, "User AI Data"), remains yours. MARA does not control, view, or use User AI Data beyond what is necessary to deliver the service.
No data retention on inference
Inputs provided to the inference API and any generated outputs are not retained. Operational logs associated with inference requests are deleted when they are no longer necessary to provide the service.
Third-party models
MARA Cloud provides access to open-source models from third-party developers. MARA does not develop proprietary generative AI models. All models available through the platform are subject to their respective open-source licenses and terms.
Your responsibilities
If you use the API to process personal data or any data subject to regulatory requirements, you are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, including providing necessary privacy notices and obtaining required consents.
MARA does not sell your data
MARA does not sell or share personal information collected through the service.
